FAQ'S
Do you do group shots?
In short, Yes! I've the experience to take these images fairly quickly now so that I can allow you both to go on and enjoy your day. Leaving me to tell that all important story for you. When we first meet I leave you with a Wedding Shot list. Between the time of booking and your wedding day you've the time to slect which group shots you'd really like and send it back to me. On the day I have this list with me, along with your usher rounding up the groups I put together these shots in a way which captures the spirit of the day.
How long do you spend at a Wedding?
This varies on the Wedding Package you select. But for a full wedding (Platinum) I start 2.30hr before the cermeony and leave just after the first dance around 8.30pm. If you'd like me to stay later there is an additional charge. This is taken up by around 50% of my clients.

Do you have spare equipment? - Just in case...
Absolutely! I carry two bodies and various lenses on the day along with spare batteries, flashes, stands... you name it.
How do I book you?
Firstly, I always suggest we meet over a coffee / tea / local ale either at the Wedding Venue or my local award winning pub. It's always nice to get to know new clients on a personal level and iron out any Wedding plans. On return of the contract and 20% deposit I'll secure your date into my diary and turn away all other interest for you. Due to demand over the summer months I only allow 1 weeks grace from the initial consultation where I'll hold the date for you without deposit.
How do you deal with low light-bad conditions?
Most notibly with professional photography bodies, but most importantly with professional lenses which can shoot in low light. These are incredibly expensive and therefore unlikely an amateur will own. My knowledge in photography also is key to ensure my image composition works in low - light / bad conditions.
But what happens if I don't like my picture being taken?
If only I earned a pound every time...
it's completely understandable. Even I don't like my picture being taken. However, my style of photography is "photojournalistic" so you won't even know I'm there. For posed location shots and group shots, that's my job to make you feel relaxed. So do not worry.. just have fun and let me do the rest.

My friend has a DSLR, surely he can take my wedding pictures for us....
He could! But is it worth the risk? Does he have the experience to truly capture those images that capture the essence of your special day? We as proffesional Photographers can adapt to any given situation as we have the experience behind us. We also have equipment that runs into the thousands to ensure the images you receive on the day stand the test of time. It's up to you, but I know where I'd spend my money.
Do you offer albums?
Yes! But they aren't cheap. Images you select are laid out and designed by myself then sent to my supplier who prints them on 20 pages in 2.5mm thick cotton, bound in real leather hide and delivered in a beautiful cotton box. Alternatively, I offer a USB package which is just as beautiful and comes standard with my Platinum Package.
